Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online, as well as being assigned by default, to our Call Center Help Desk for determination of appropriate department and/or team to handle your specific issue(s). You will be contacted within 24 hours for clarification on the issue being reported. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.
